Registered Nurse - telehealth (remote)

Highbridge Amber Insurance sells home, auto and small-business insurance in Charlotte, and we need a Registered Nurse to lead our telehealth. Claims teams work together and share what they learn. What you will do • Follow infection-control and documentation standards. • Assess patients, record findings and carry out care plans. • Support work on claims with clinical expertise. • Coordinate with physicians, pharmacists and social workers. • Educate patients and families in plain language. What we are looking for • Active state RN licence. • Kind, steady and clear when explaining care. • Two or more years of clinical experience. Nice to have • BLS/ACLS certification. • Experience with claims. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Charlotte. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
