Registered Nurse - telehealth (remote)

Clearpath Lakeside Transit Planning Partners is looking for a Registered Nurse. The job centres on telehealth for route schedules, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 116 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Coordinate with physicians, pharmacists and social workers. • Educate patients and families in plain language. • Support work on route schedules with clinical expertise. • Assess patients, record findings and carry out care plans. • Follow infection-control and documentation standards. What we are looking for • Kind, steady and clear when explaining care. • Active state RN licence. • Two or more years of clinical experience. Nice to have • BLS/ACLS certification. • Experience with route schedules. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Oakland. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
