Registered Nurse - telehealth (remote)

Amberfield Umber Health Group runs clinics and patient services around Baltimore. We are hiring a Registered Nurse to take on telehealth. We are busy and kind, and we look after each other. What you will do • Follow infection-control and documentation standards. • Support work on electronic records with clinical expertise. • Assess patients, record findings and carry out care plans. • Educate patients and families in plain language. • Coordinate with physicians, pharmacists and social workers. What we are looking for • Two or more years of clinical experience. • Kind, steady and clear when explaining care. • Active state RN licence. Nice to have • Experience with electronic records. • BLS/ACLS certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Baltimore. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
