Registered Nurse - telehealth (Raleigh, NC)

We are growing our team at Nova Forge Transit Planning and adding a Registered Nurse whose main responsibility will be telehealth. We value plain explanations. What you will do • Support work on route schedules with clinical expertise. • Assess patients, record findings and carry out care plans. • Coordinate with physicians, pharmacists and social workers. • Follow infection-control and documentation standards. • Educate patients and families in plain language. What we are looking for • Two or more years of clinical experience. • Kind, steady and clear when explaining care. • Active state RN licence. Nice to have • BLS/ACLS certification. • Experience with route schedules. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Raleigh. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
