Registered Nurse - telehealth (Providence, RI)

Northwind Clear Transit Planning helps transport agencies around Providence design routes and schedules. We are hiring a Registered Nurse to take on telehealth. Work is collaborative and map-heavy. What you will do • Educate patients and families in plain language. • Coordinate with physicians, pharmacists and social workers. • Assess patients, record findings and carry out care plans. • Support work on ridership counts with clinical expertise. • Follow infection-control and documentation standards. What we are looking for • Kind, steady and clear when explaining care. • Two or more years of clinical experience. • Active state RN licence. Nice to have • Experience with ridership counts. • BLS/ACLS certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Providence, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
