Registered Nurse - telehealth (Portland, OR)

Greenridge Forge Care Services supports families and individuals in Portland with personal care and coordination. We are hiring a Registered Nurse to take on telehealth. You would join a large organisation of about 446 people based in Portland. What you will do • Educate patients and families in plain language. • Assess patients, record findings and carry out care plans. • Follow infection-control and documentation standards. • Coordinate with physicians, pharmacists and social workers. • Support work on family communication with clinical expertise. What we are looking for • Active state RN licence. • Kind, steady and clear when explaining care. • Two or more years of clinical experience. Nice to have • Experience with family communication. • BLS/ACLS certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Portland. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
