Registered Nurse - telehealth (Portland, OR)

Bluepeak Granite Learning Group is an education provider in Portland serving students and families, and we need a Registered Nurse to lead our telehealth. You would join a small organisation of about 14 people based in Portland. What you will do • Coordinate with physicians, pharmacists and social workers. • Follow infection-control and documentation standards. • Assess patients, record findings and carry out care plans. • Educate patients and families in plain language. • Support work on family communication with clinical expertise. What we are looking for • Two or more years of clinical experience. • Active state RN licence. • Kind, steady and clear when explaining care. Nice to have • Experience with family communication. • BLS/ACLS certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Portland. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
