Registered Nurse - telehealth (Pittsburgh, PA)

Clearpath Cedar Health provides primary and specialty care in Pittsburgh, and we need a Registered Nurse to lead our telehealth. You would join a large organisation of about 767 people based in Pittsburgh. What you will do • Assess patients, record findings and carry out care plans. • Coordinate with physicians, pharmacists and social workers. • Support work on patient scheduling with clinical expertise. • Follow infection-control and documentation standards. • Educate patients and families in plain language. What we are looking for • Two or more years of clinical experience. • Kind, steady and clear when explaining care. • Active state RN licence. Nice to have • BLS/ACLS certification. • Experience with patient scheduling. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Pittsburgh. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
