Registered Nurse - telehealth (Phoenix, AZ)

We are growing our team at Lumen Cedar Health Group and adding a Registered Nurse whose main responsibility will be telehealth. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Follow infection-control and documentation standards. • Educate patients and families in plain language. • Assess patients, record findings and carry out care plans. • Coordinate with physicians, pharmacists and social workers. • Support work on electronic records with clinical expertise. What we are looking for • Kind, steady and clear when explaining care. • Two or more years of clinical experience. • Active state RN licence. Nice to have • Experience with electronic records. • BLS/ACLS certification. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Phoenix, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
