Registered Nurse - telehealth (Philadelphia, PA)

Cedar Bridge Care Services Group supports families and individuals in Philadelphia with personal care and coordination. We are hiring a Registered Nurse to take on telehealth. You would join a small organisation of about 18 people based in Philadelphia. What you will do • Follow infection-control and documentation standards. • Educate patients and families in plain language. • Support work on client records with clinical expertise. • Coordinate with physicians, pharmacists and social workers. • Assess patients, record findings and carry out care plans. What we are looking for • Two or more years of clinical experience. • Active state RN licence. • Kind, steady and clear when explaining care. Nice to have • Experience with client records. • BLS/ACLS certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Philadelphia. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
