Registered Nurse - telehealth (Philadelphia, PA)

Harborlight River Insurance is an insurance company in Philadelphia with claims and service teams, and we need a Registered Nurse to lead our telehealth. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Follow infection-control and documentation standards. • Educate patients and families in plain language. • Support work on customer complaints with clinical expertise. • Coordinate with physicians, pharmacists and social workers. • Assess patients, record findings and carry out care plans. What we are looking for • Two or more years of clinical experience. • Kind, steady and clear when explaining care. • Active state RN licence. Nice to have • Experience with customer complaints. • BLS/ACLS certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Philadelphia. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
