Registered Nurse - telehealth (Oakland, CA)

Clearpath Lakeside Transit Planning Partners plans bus and rail service for cities around Oakland, and we need a Registered Nurse to lead our telehealth. You would join a small organisation of about 56 people based in Oakland. What you will do • Educate patients and families in plain language. • Coordinate with physicians, pharmacists and social workers. • Follow infection-control and documentation standards. • Assess patients, record findings and carry out care plans. • Support work on fare systems with clinical expertise. What we are looking for • Two or more years of clinical experience. • Active state RN licence. • Kind, steady and clear when explaining care. Nice to have • BLS/ACLS certification. • Experience with fare systems. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Oakland. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
