Registered Nurse - telehealth (New Orleans, LA)

Highbridge Mill Transit Planning helps transport agencies around New Orleans design routes and schedules, and we need a Registered Nurse to lead our telehealth. Work is collaborative and map-heavy. What you will do • Follow infection-control and documentation standards. • Educate patients and families in plain language. • Coordinate with physicians, pharmacists and social workers. • Assess patients, record findings and carry out care plans. • Support work on accessibility audits with clinical expertise. What we are looking for • Kind, steady and clear when explaining care. • Active state RN licence. • Two or more years of clinical experience. Nice to have • Experience with accessibility audits. • BLS/ACLS certification. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in New Orleans. • We reply to every applicant.
