Registered Nurse - telehealth (Nashville, TN)

Northwind Fox Insurance is an insurance company in Nashville with claims and service teams, and we need a Registered Nurse to lead our telehealth. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Assess patients, record findings and carry out care plans. • Support work on claims with clinical expertise. • Educate patients and families in plain language. • Coordinate with physicians, pharmacists and social workers. • Follow infection-control and documentation standards. What we are looking for • Two or more years of clinical experience. • Active state RN licence. • Kind, steady and clear when explaining care. Nice to have • Experience with claims. • BLS/ACLS certification.
