Registered Nurse - telehealth (Minneapolis, MN)

We are growing our team at Fernwood Mill Transit Planning and adding a Registered Nurse whose main responsibility will be telehealth. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Minneapolis. What you will do • Support work on accessibility audits with clinical expertise. • Educate patients and families in plain language. • Coordinate with physicians, pharmacists and social workers. • Follow infection-control and documentation standards. • Assess patients, record findings and carry out care plans. What we are looking for • Active state RN licence. • Kind, steady and clear when explaining care. • Two or more years of clinical experience. Nice to have • Experience with accessibility audits. • BLS/ACLS certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Minneapolis. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
