Amberfield Umber Health Group is looking for a Registered Nurse. The job centres on telehealth for patient scheduling, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Continuing education is supported. What you will do • Coordinate with physicians, pharmacists and social workers. • Assess patients, record findings and carry out care plans. • Support work on patient scheduling with clinical expertise. • Educate patients and families in plain language. • Follow infection-control and documentation standards. What we are looking for • Active state RN licence. • Kind, steady and clear when explaining care. • Two or more years of clinical experience. Nice to have • Experience with patient scheduling. • BLS/ACLS certification.
