Registered Nurse - telehealth (Milwaukee, WI)

Fernwood Meridian Health Group is a healthcare provider in Milwaukee with clinics and support teams, and we need a Registered Nurse to lead our telehealth. You would join a small organisation of about 156 people based in Milwaukee. What you will do • Assess patients, record findings and carry out care plans. • Support work on patient education with clinical expertise. • Coordinate with physicians, pharmacists and social workers. • Follow infection-control and documentation standards. • Educate patients and families in plain language. What we are looking for • Active state RN licence. • Two or more years of clinical experience. • Kind, steady and clear when explaining care. Nice to have • BLS/ACLS certification. • Experience with patient education. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Milwaukee. • We reply to every applicant.
