Registered Nurse - telehealth (Miami, FL)

Harborlight West Care Services supports families and individuals in Miami with personal care and coordination, and we need a Registered Nurse to lead our telehealth. Teams support each other, especially on hard days. What you will do • Coordinate with physicians, pharmacists and social workers. • Follow infection-control and documentation standards. • Support work on family communication with clinical expertise. • Educate patients and families in plain language. • Assess patients, record findings and carry out care plans. What we are looking for • Kind, steady and clear when explaining care. • Two or more years of clinical experience. • Active state RN licence. Nice to have • BLS/ACLS certification. • Experience with family communication. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Miami. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
