Registered Nurse - telehealth (Louisville, KY)

Clearpath Orchard Care Services Group is a social-care provider serving older adults and people with disabilities around Louisville. We are hiring a Registered Nurse to take on telehealth. The work is personal and so is the culture. What you will do • Assess patients, record findings and carry out care plans. • Coordinate with physicians, pharmacists and social workers. • Follow infection-control and documentation standards. • Educate patients and families in plain language. • Support work on caregiver training with clinical expertise. What we are looking for • Two or more years of clinical experience. • Active state RN licence. • Kind, steady and clear when explaining care. Nice to have • Experience with caregiver training. • BLS/ACLS certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Louisville. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
