Registered Nurse - telehealth (Las Vegas, NV)

Amberfield Rowan Care Services is a social-care provider serving older adults and people with disabilities around Las Vegas, and we need a Registered Nurse to lead our telehealth. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Educate patients and families in plain language. • Coordinate with physicians, pharmacists and social workers. • Support work on care plans with clinical expertise. • Follow infection-control and documentation standards. • Assess patients, record findings and carry out care plans. What we are looking for • Two or more years of clinical experience. • Kind, steady and clear when explaining care. • Active state RN licence. Nice to have • Experience with care plans. • BLS/ACLS certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Las Vegas. • We reply to every applicant.
