Registered Nurse - telehealth (Jacksonville, FL)

Amberfield Fern Transit Planning plans bus and rail service for cities around Jacksonville. We are hiring a Registered Nurse to take on telehealth. You would join a large organisation of about 586 people based in Jacksonville. What you will do • Support work on route schedules with clinical expertise. • Educate patients and families in plain language. • Coordinate with physicians, pharmacists and social workers. • Assess patients, record findings and carry out care plans. • Follow infection-control and documentation standards. What we are looking for • Kind, steady and clear when explaining care. • Two or more years of clinical experience. • Active state RN licence. Nice to have • Experience with route schedules. • BLS/ACLS certification. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Jacksonville, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
