Registered Nurse - telehealth (Indianapolis, IN)

Clearpath Cross Transit Planning plans bus and rail service for cities around Indianapolis, and we need a Registered Nurse to lead our telehealth. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Educate patients and families in plain language. • Support work on survey data with clinical expertise. • Coordinate with physicians, pharmacists and social workers. • Follow infection-control and documentation standards. • Assess patients, record findings and carry out care plans. What we are looking for • Two or more years of clinical experience. • Active state RN licence. • Kind, steady and clear when explaining care. Nice to have • Experience with survey data. • BLS/ACLS certification. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Indianapolis. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
