Registered Nurse - telehealth (Indianapolis, IN)

Clearpath Cross Transit Planning is looking for a Registered Nurse. The job centres on telehealth for route schedules, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. We like people who ride the bus and notice when things do not work. What you will do • Assess patients, record findings and carry out care plans. • Coordinate with physicians, pharmacists and social workers. • Support work on route schedules with clinical expertise. • Educate patients and families in plain language. • Follow infection-control and documentation standards. What we are looking for • Active state RN licence. • Kind, steady and clear when explaining care. • Two or more years of clinical experience. Nice to have • BLS/ACLS certification. • Experience with route schedules. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Indianapolis. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
