Registered Nurse - telehealth (Houston, TX)

Redstone Haven Learning Group is an education provider in Houston serving students and families, and we need a Registered Nurse to lead our telehealth. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Support work on family communication with clinical expertise. • Coordinate with physicians, pharmacists and social workers. • Assess patients, record findings and carry out care plans. • Educate patients and families in plain language. • Follow infection-control and documentation standards. What we are looking for • Two or more years of clinical experience. • Active state RN licence. • Kind, steady and clear when explaining care. Nice to have • BLS/ACLS certification. • Experience with family communication. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Houston, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
