Registered Nurse - telehealth (Houston, TX)

Silverline Orchard Care Services supports families and individuals in Houston with personal care and coordination. We are hiring a Registered Nurse to take on telehealth. You would join a large organisation of about 824 people based in Houston. What you will do • Follow infection-control and documentation standards. • Support work on visit scheduling with clinical expertise. • Educate patients and families in plain language. • Coordinate with physicians, pharmacists and social workers. • Assess patients, record findings and carry out care plans. What we are looking for • Kind, steady and clear when explaining care. • Active state RN licence. • Two or more years of clinical experience. Nice to have • Experience with visit scheduling. • BLS/ACLS certification. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Houston. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
