Registered Nurse - telehealth (Houston, TX)

We are growing our team at Fernwood Forge Transit Planning and adding a Registered Nurse whose main responsibility will be telehealth. We like people who ride the bus and notice when things do not work. What you will do • Follow infection-control and documentation standards. • Support work on fare systems with clinical expertise. • Assess patients, record findings and carry out care plans. • Coordinate with physicians, pharmacists and social workers. • Educate patients and families in plain language. What we are looking for • Active state RN licence. • Two or more years of clinical experience. • Kind, steady and clear when explaining care. Nice to have • BLS/ACLS certification. • Experience with fare systems. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Houston. • We reply to every applicant.
