Registered Nurse - telehealth (Houston, TX)

Stonegate Meadow Early Learning is an early-learning provider in Houston. We are hiring a Registered Nurse to take on telehealth. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Educate patients and families in plain language. • Support work on meal programmes with clinical expertise. • Follow infection-control and documentation standards. • Assess patients, record findings and carry out care plans. • Coordinate with physicians, pharmacists and social workers. What we are looking for • Kind, steady and clear when explaining care. • Two or more years of clinical experience. • Active state RN licence. Nice to have • BLS/ACLS certification. • Experience with meal programmes. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Houston. • We reply to every applicant.
