Registered Nurse - telehealth (Hartford, CT)

Harborlight Summit Learning Group is an education provider in Hartford serving students and families. We are hiring a Registered Nurse to take on telehealth. Families are partners. What you will do • Follow infection-control and documentation standards. • Support work on enrolment with clinical expertise. • Educate patients and families in plain language. • Assess patients, record findings and carry out care plans. • Coordinate with physicians, pharmacists and social workers. What we are looking for • Kind, steady and clear when explaining care. • Active state RN licence. • Two or more years of clinical experience. Nice to have • Experience with enrolment. • BLS/ACLS certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Hartford. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
