Registered Nurse - telehealth (Hartford, CT)

Highbridge Thistle Learning Group is looking for a Registered Nurse. The job centres on telehealth for family communication, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. What you will do • Assess patients, record findings and carry out care plans. • Follow infection-control and documentation standards. • Coordinate with physicians, pharmacists and social workers. • Support work on family communication with clinical expertise. • Educate patients and families in plain language. What we are looking for • Active state RN licence. • Kind, steady and clear when explaining care. • Two or more years of clinical experience. Nice to have • BLS/ACLS certification. • Experience with family communication.
