Registered Nurse - telehealth (Hartford, CT)

We are growing our team at Summit Ivory Health and adding a Registered Nurse whose main responsibility will be telehealth. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Follow infection-control and documentation standards. • Assess patients, record findings and carry out care plans. • Support work on electronic records with clinical expertise. • Coordinate with physicians, pharmacists and social workers. • Educate patients and families in plain language. What we are looking for • Kind, steady and clear when explaining care. • Two or more years of clinical experience. • Active state RN licence. Nice to have • Experience with electronic records. • BLS/ACLS certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Hartford. • We reply to every applicant.
