Registered Nurse - telehealth (Fresno, CA)

Northwind Wren Care Services is a social-care provider serving older adults and people with disabilities around Fresno. We are hiring a Registered Nurse to take on telehealth. You would join a small organisation of about 24 people based in Fresno. What you will do • Coordinate with physicians, pharmacists and social workers. • Follow infection-control and documentation standards. • Assess patients, record findings and carry out care plans. • Educate patients and families in plain language. • Support work on caregiver training with clinical expertise. What we are looking for • Active state RN licence. • Two or more years of clinical experience. • Kind, steady and clear when explaining care. Nice to have • Experience with caregiver training. • BLS/ACLS certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Fresno. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
