Registered Nurse - telehealth (Fresno, CA)

Stonegate Ivory Transit Planning Group is looking for a Registered Nurse. The job centres on telehealth for survey data, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. What you will do • Assess patients, record findings and carry out care plans. • Coordinate with physicians, pharmacists and social workers. • Follow infection-control and documentation standards. • Educate patients and families in plain language. • Support work on survey data with clinical expertise. What we are looking for • Two or more years of clinical experience. • Active state RN licence. • Kind, steady and clear when explaining care. Nice to have • BLS/ACLS certification. • Experience with survey data. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Fresno, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
