Registered Nurse - telehealth (Fresno, CA)

Amberfield West Transit Planning Group is looking for a Registered Nurse. The job centres on telehealth for ridership counts, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Coordinate with physicians, pharmacists and social workers. • Assess patients, record findings and carry out care plans. • Follow infection-control and documentation standards. • Support work on ridership counts with clinical expertise. • Educate patients and families in plain language. What we are looking for • Two or more years of clinical experience. • Active state RN licence. • Kind, steady and clear when explaining care. Nice to have • Experience with ridership counts. • BLS/ACLS certification.
