Registered Nurse - telehealth (Fresno, CA)

Cedar Meridian Health is looking for a Registered Nurse. The job centres on telehealth for patient education, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Support work on patient education with clinical expertise. • Assess patients, record findings and carry out care plans. • Coordinate with physicians, pharmacists and social workers. • Educate patients and families in plain language. • Follow infection-control and documentation standards. What we are looking for • Kind, steady and clear when explaining care. • Two or more years of clinical experience. • Active state RN licence. Nice to have • BLS/ACLS certification. • Experience with patient education. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Fresno. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
