Registered Nurse - telehealth (El Paso, TX)

We are growing our team at Harborlight Keystone Transit Planning and adding a Registered Nurse whose main responsibility will be telehealth. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Coordinate with physicians, pharmacists and social workers. • Educate patients and families in plain language. • Support work on survey data with clinical expertise. • Assess patients, record findings and carry out care plans. • Follow infection-control and documentation standards. What we are looking for • Kind, steady and clear when explaining care. • Two or more years of clinical experience. • Active state RN licence. Nice to have • BLS/ACLS certification. • Experience with survey data. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in El Paso. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
