Registered Nurse - telehealth (El Paso, TX)

We are growing our team at Cedar Bridge Care Services Group and adding a Registered Nurse whose main responsibility will be telehealth. You would join a small organisation of about 46 people based in El Paso. What you will do • Support work on care plans with clinical expertise. • Follow infection-control and documentation standards. • Coordinate with physicians, pharmacists and social workers. • Educate patients and families in plain language. • Assess patients, record findings and carry out care plans. What we are looking for • Two or more years of clinical experience. • Kind, steady and clear when explaining care. • Active state RN licence. Nice to have • Experience with care plans. • BLS/ACLS certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in El Paso. • We reply to every applicant.
