Registered Nurse - telehealth (Denver, CO)

Stonegate Bridge Transit Planning Group is looking for a Registered Nurse. The job centres on telehealth for route schedules, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 27 people based in Denver. What you will do • Support work on route schedules with clinical expertise. • Assess patients, record findings and carry out care plans. • Coordinate with physicians, pharmacists and social workers. • Educate patients and families in plain language. • Follow infection-control and documentation standards. What we are looking for • Kind, steady and clear when explaining care. • Active state RN licence. • Two or more years of clinical experience. Nice to have • Experience with route schedules. • BLS/ACLS certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Denver. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
