Registered Nurse - telehealth (Columbus, OH)

Fernwood Stone Transit Planning plans bus and rail service for cities around Columbus. We are hiring a Registered Nurse to take on telehealth. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Follow infection-control and documentation standards. • Support work on accessibility audits with clinical expertise. • Coordinate with physicians, pharmacists and social workers. • Assess patients, record findings and carry out care plans. • Educate patients and families in plain language. What we are looking for • Active state RN licence. • Two or more years of clinical experience. • Kind, steady and clear when explaining care. Nice to have • BLS/ACLS certification. • Experience with accessibility audits. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Columbus. • We reply to every applicant.
