Registered Nurse - telehealth (Colorado Springs, CO)

We are growing our team at Amberfield Corner Learning Group and adding a Registered Nurse whose main responsibility will be telehealth. Families are partners. What you will do • Assess patients, record findings and carry out care plans. • Follow infection-control and documentation standards. • Coordinate with physicians, pharmacists and social workers. • Educate patients and families in plain language. • Support work on family communication with clinical expertise. What we are looking for • Active state RN licence. • Two or more years of clinical experience. • Kind, steady and clear when explaining care. Nice to have • BLS/ACLS certification. • Experience with family communication. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Colorado Springs. • We reply to every applicant.
