Registered Nurse - telehealth (Cleveland, OH)

Silverline Timber Insurance provides coverage to households and businesses around Cleveland. We are hiring a Registered Nurse to take on telehealth. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Coordinate with physicians, pharmacists and social workers. • Follow infection-control and documentation standards. • Support work on customer complaints with clinical expertise. • Assess patients, record findings and carry out care plans. • Educate patients and families in plain language. What we are looking for • Two or more years of clinical experience. • Kind, steady and clear when explaining care. • Active state RN licence. Nice to have • BLS/ACLS certification. • Experience with customer complaints. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Cleveland. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
