Registered Nurse - telehealth (Chicago, IL)

Stonegate Yarrow Hospitality operates hotels and event venues around Chicago. We are hiring a Registered Nurse to take on telehealth. Promotion from within is common. What you will do • Follow infection-control and documentation standards. • Educate patients and families in plain language. • Coordinate with physicians, pharmacists and social workers. • Assess patients, record findings and carry out care plans. • Support work on reviews and feedback with clinical expertise. What we are looking for • Two or more years of clinical experience. • Kind, steady and clear when explaining care. • Active state RN licence. Nice to have • BLS/ACLS certification. • Experience with reviews and feedback. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Chicago. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
