Registered Nurse - telehealth (Charlotte, NC)

Stonegate Union Care Services provides in-home and community support in Charlotte, and we need a Registered Nurse to lead our telehealth. We train and promote from within. What you will do • Educate patients and families in plain language. • Assess patients, record findings and carry out care plans. • Coordinate with physicians, pharmacists and social workers. • Support work on family communication with clinical expertise. • Follow infection-control and documentation standards. What we are looking for • Two or more years of clinical experience. • Kind, steady and clear when explaining care. • Active state RN licence. Nice to have • Experience with family communication. • BLS/ACLS certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Charlotte. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
