Registered Nurse - telehealth (Buffalo, NY)

Highbridge Lakeside Care Services Group is looking for a Registered Nurse. The job centres on telehealth for client records, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. What you will do • Assess patients, record findings and carry out care plans. • Follow infection-control and documentation standards. • Coordinate with physicians, pharmacists and social workers. • Support work on client records with clinical expertise. • Educate patients and families in plain language. What we are looking for • Two or more years of clinical experience. • Kind, steady and clear when explaining care. • Active state RN licence. Nice to have • BLS/ACLS certification. • Experience with client records. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Buffalo. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
