Registered Nurse - telehealth (Buffalo, NY)

Summit Forge Transit Planning helps transport agencies around Buffalo design routes and schedules. We are hiring a Registered Nurse to take on telehealth. We like people who ride the bus and notice when things do not work. What you will do • Follow infection-control and documentation standards. • Support work on survey data with clinical expertise. • Assess patients, record findings and carry out care plans. • Educate patients and families in plain language. • Coordinate with physicians, pharmacists and social workers. What we are looking for • Active state RN licence. • Two or more years of clinical experience. • Kind, steady and clear when explaining care. Nice to have • Experience with survey data. • BLS/ACLS certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Buffalo, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
