Registered Nurse - telehealth (Birmingham, AL)

We are growing our team at Ironwood Umber Health and adding a Registered Nurse whose main responsibility will be telehealth. You would join a large organisation of about 810 people based in Birmingham. What you will do • Coordinate with physicians, pharmacists and social workers. • Assess patients, record findings and carry out care plans. • Follow infection-control and documentation standards. • Support work on patient education with clinical expertise. • Educate patients and families in plain language. What we are looking for • Active state RN licence. • Two or more years of clinical experience. • Kind, steady and clear when explaining care. Nice to have • BLS/ACLS certification. • Experience with patient education. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Birmingham. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
