Registered Nurse - telehealth (Baltimore, MD)

Amberfield Cross Transit Planning plans bus and rail service for cities around Baltimore, and we need a Registered Nurse to lead our telehealth. We like people who ride the bus and notice when things do not work. What you will do • Assess patients, record findings and carry out care plans. • Educate patients and families in plain language. • Coordinate with physicians, pharmacists and social workers. • Support work on ridership counts with clinical expertise. • Follow infection-control and documentation standards. What we are looking for • Kind, steady and clear when explaining care. • Two or more years of clinical experience. • Active state RN licence. Nice to have • BLS/ACLS certification. • Experience with ridership counts. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Baltimore. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
