Registered Nurse - telehealth (Atlanta, GA)

Ironwood Linden Care Services is a social-care provider serving older adults and people with disabilities around Atlanta. We are hiring a Registered Nurse to take on telehealth. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Coordinate with physicians, pharmacists and social workers. • Assess patients, record findings and carry out care plans. • Follow infection-control and documentation standards. • Educate patients and families in plain language. • Support work on caregiver training with clinical expertise. What we are looking for • Two or more years of clinical experience. • Active state RN licence. • Kind, steady and clear when explaining care. Nice to have • BLS/ACLS certification. • Experience with caregiver training. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Atlanta, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
