Registered Nurse - telehealth (Atlanta, GA)

We are growing our team at Harborlight Hollow Care Services Group and adding a Registered Nurse whose main responsibility will be telehealth. You would join a small organisation of about 157 people based in Atlanta. What you will do • Educate patients and families in plain language. • Follow infection-control and documentation standards. • Assess patients, record findings and carry out care plans. • Coordinate with physicians, pharmacists and social workers. • Support work on visit scheduling with clinical expertise. What we are looking for • Kind, steady and clear when explaining care. • Two or more years of clinical experience. • Active state RN licence. Nice to have • BLS/ACLS certification. • Experience with visit scheduling. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Atlanta. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
