Registered Nurse - patient education (Virginia Beach, VA)

Bright Iron Medical is a Virginia Beach company producing monitoring and surgical equipment, and we need a Registered Nurse to lead our patient education. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Virginia Beach. What you will do • Coordinate with physicians, pharmacists and social workers. • Follow infection-control and documentation standards. • Assess patients, record findings and carry out care plans. • Educate patients and families in plain language. • Support work on device records with clinical expertise. What we are looking for • Active state RN licence. • Two or more years of clinical experience. • Kind, steady and clear when explaining care. Nice to have • BLS/ACLS certification. • Experience with device records. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Virginia Beach. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
