Registered Nurse - patient education (Tampa, FL)

Clearpath Drift Transit Planning is a transit-planning firm in Tampa working with agencies and riders. We are hiring a Registered Nurse to take on patient education. You would join a small organisation of about 133 people based in Tampa. What you will do • Support work on service alerts with clinical expertise. • Coordinate with physicians, pharmacists and social workers. • Educate patients and families in plain language. • Follow infection-control and documentation standards. • Assess patients, record findings and carry out care plans. What we are looking for • Two or more years of clinical experience. • Kind, steady and clear when explaining care. • Active state RN licence. Nice to have • Experience with service alerts. • BLS/ACLS certification. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Tampa. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
